Grace Rex is an actor and filmmaker in New York City. This site showcases her work as the latter.
Her short films have screened at Slamdance FF, AFI Fest, SXSW Sydney FF, Cucalorus FF and Florida FF, among others. Online, her work has been featured on Shudder, Vimeo Staff Picks, Nobudge and Slamdance Channel. She is currently developing her first feature film.
As an actor, her screen credits include streaming hits (Severance, Mindhunter, Master of None, Dispatches from Elsewhere), network dramas (The Good Wife, Manifest, Blindspot, Boardwalk Empire, Madam Secretary) and indie gems (Graham Mason's Inspector Ike, Ingrid Jungermann's Women Who Kill, Dean Peterson's What Children Do). She has performed in new plays at Lincoln Center and Second Stage and old ones at Steppenwolf and A Red Orchid Theatre. She is a long-time volunteer at The 52nd Street Project.
